Chemistry is a whole new language. When you’re immersed in this world, spouting out all these terms, you don’t even realize that most people don’t talk that way.
My wife Sarah Vannoy '04 is also at Yale. We were both accepted to doctoral programs here — luckily we heard the same day.
Now we have several McDaniel alumni in graduate programs at Yale. It’s cool.
To be called Dr. Lipchock will be an adjustment. But it has a nice ring to it.
