Something that surprised me about McDaniel: The courteous and friendly atmosphere of the entire campus (ie, people opening doors for each other, randomly striking up conversations, or just saying hello while walking by).
What I love about McDaniel: Small class sizes and teachers' desires to really help each student in their studies and in life.
Why I decided to come to McDaniel: I came because the people here seemed more down to earth, happy, and excited about their school than any other school I visited.
