Over 90 percent of McDaniel students receive some type of financial assistance. It is a normal part of the decision process, and the reality of private education for many families today. We invest over $27 million annually in grants and scholarships to insure that students from all kinds of financial backgrounds are able to experience a McDaniel education.
McDaniel offers need-based financial aid and merit-based academic scholarships. Need-based aid depends on a family's financial resources. Merit-based aid is awarded for high school academic achievement and you will be automatically considered for scholarships after you are admitted to McDaniel. For most students, it is normal to apply for both and most receive a financial aid award that includes both types of assistance.
You have the opportunity to find out now how much gift aid may be available to you. Try our McDaniel Net Price Calculator to help with early financial planning for college.
